1. Custom & Bespoke Order Standard

All garments, athletic accessories, and race merchandise engineered by Alanic are tailor-made based on approved client tech packs, artwork files, fabric specifications, and size charts. Due to the custom nature of B2B production:

• Bulk customized goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once bulk manufacturing is initiated.
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after pre-production sample approval without explicit written authorization and compensation for raw materials already committed.

2. Pre-Production Sample Approval Protocol

To guarantee full transparency and satisfy Google E-E-A-T manufacturing standards, Alanic enforces a rigorous approval workflow prior to mass production:

1. Buyers receive detailed digital mockups or physical prototype samples for evaluation.
2. Bulk production strictly commences only after written sample sign-off via electronic confirmation or signed tech pack.
3. Any design changes, color shade revisions, or sizing alterations requested post-sample approval may incur additional tooling fees and schedule adjustments.

3. Quality Assurance & Defective Goods Claims

Alanic guarantees that all items supplied meet high-tier global sportswear standards. Goods are classified as defective only if they contain major manufacturing faults, such as severe structural seam failures, incorrect artwork application deviating from approved samples, or damaged fabric.

Inspection Window & Claim Filing:

International buyers must inspect delivered freight within seven (7) calendar days of arrival at the destination facility. Claims for defective merchandise must be submitted in writing accompanied by clear photographic evidence and an itemized breakdown of affected units.

4. Manufacturing Tolerances & Material Variance

In accordance with international textile and apparel manufacturing conventions, global buyers agree to standard operational tolerances:

• Measurement Tolerance: A garment dimension variance of up to ±5% is standard across technical performance fabrics.
• Color Tolerances: While Alanic utilizes precision Pantone matching systems, subtle shade variations (±5%) may occur between different dye lots or technical print mediums.
• Quantity Over/Under Run: Bulk orders are subject to a standard ±5% quantity tolerance resulting from automated cutting and quality selection. Invoices are calculated based on exact delivered units.

5. Logistics, Shipping Terms & Risk Transfer

Unless specified otherwise in writing, commercial orders are dispatched under standard FOB (Free On Board) or CIF terms. Responsibility and title transfer to the freight carrier upon departure from our central logistics hubs. Alanic is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance holds, port congestion, force majeure events, or severe weather disruption.

6. Payments, Deposits & Account Forfeiture

Initial production deposits secure factory machinery allocation, custom fabric dyeing, and specialized trims. Deposits are non-refundable once raw material procurement commences. Orders left inactive for over 45 days due to buyer delay in approvals or outstanding balance payments may be declared forfeited to offset warehouse storage and inventory costs.
